Time-Consciousness: Freeing & Constraining Ingredients
We live in the context of time and space. At the same TIME, how much influence does MIND (on my end … or “MYnd”) have on our experience of it? Can the pressures pushing down be countered, or mitigated, by pressures pushing up, for example, emanating from our thoughts, feelings, visions, awareness. What is the role of balance (ie of necessity and freedom)?
Can we minimize internal pressures (and stresses) by consuming food and living a lifestyle that doesn’t involve violence towards others (i.e. consuming a plant-based, vegan diet) and which therefore doesn’t create unnecessary internal stresses, i.e. from absorbing the fear (and adrenalin) of the killed or abused animal, having arteries clogged with unnecessary saturated fat, from not consuming sufficient fiber restricting our ability to expel toxins and waste and ultimately depleting our energies and abilities to fulfill our goals and life mission?
Is this a dance? What role do external constraints play? Internal dynamics? Who is the main choreographer? What is the role of the breath i.e. in releasing stress and thus allowing the mind to better assess and play its role? Are we acting in a parallel universe, an alternative reality, when mind functions over matter, where we live primarily in our thoughts and breath into that seed?
